Dear Sir/Madam,
due to the situation caused by the COVID-19 virus, we would like to inform you about the current situation at Ancofer Stahlhandel.
Currently we are maintaining our normal operations. Because of the health and safety of our employees and all visitors of our company are paramount, we follow all measures prescribed by the German government.
It is possible that due to measures of other organizations and/or other countries it is not possible to execute your order (on time). We ask for your understanding in this aspect. We try to inform you as well as possible about this. Please take this into account for your current and future orders.
Measures:
We follow all advices and expect this from everyone who visits our site as well (washing hands, sneezing / coughing in the elbow, keeping 1.5 meters distance).
In addition to observing the minimum distance of 1.5 meters from one another, we ask drivers visiting our premises to remain in the cabin. During loading/unloading the drivers have to leave their trucks.
We only sign for reception with our own pen and without contact with drivers. If this is not possible we will not sign.
Employees and visitors with signs of illness are requested to stay at home. If changes and/or additional measures are necessary, we will inform you. The situation is exceptional and requires a joint effort. We count on your cooperation, flexibility and understanding.
