We specialize in heavy plate, flame-cut components and hollow sections, enabling us to stock a deep and broad range - more than 2,500 different plates available direct from stock, and well over seven hundred different hollow section formats, speak for themselves. And our products are backed up by a large range of semifinishing services. These facts, plus our close links to the major steel producers, are the guarantee that we can supply your needs even in times of low market
availability, when other suppliers can‘t help.

Ancofer always processes your enquiries and orders promptly. Deliveries are on time, in many cases within 48 hours, depending on distance, for standard trade orders. Works certificates are supplied immediately, and we do everything in our power to save you unnecessary and unproductive waiting times. Speed must never be at the cost of care and attention to detail, however - and you can rely on us for these, too.

Our staff consists of a balanced blend of older, experienced steel experts and younger people, trained within our company in many cases. All of them know about the working of steel and are familiar with the standards set for our products and services. Heavy plate

Ancofer has always enjoyed renown as the specialist in heavy plate - and not only thanks to its close links to Dillinger Hütte. Our range of grades and formats are second to none, covering not only the „everyday“ dimensions, but also out-of-theordinary formats, including plate thicknesses of up to 400 mm, lengths of up to 20 meters and widths of up to 4 meters.

Wear-resistant and high-tensile plate

Ancofer was one of the first steel stockholders to include wear-resistant and hightensile plate in its range. We now stock wear-resistant plate from Dillinger Hütte (Dillidur series) and high-tensile plate from various suppliers. Our greatest asset - alongside our technical know-how in the field of steel - is our broad selection of formats and the resultant high supply capability.

Flame-cut parts

Our flame-cutting shop is one of the largest and most productive in Germany. We started production of flame-cut parts at an early stage, and have since continuously refined and developed both our technology and our quality standards. Our great experience, broad range of technical potentials and extensive stock of grades and formats are the ideal preconditions for your thermal cut components.

Hollow sections

Since the early 1990s, Ancofer has developed into a high-profile trader in hotand cold-rolled hollow sections. We now stock more than seven hundred different formats, and this range is multiplied again by production of standard dimensions on our two saw lines, which are also capable of miter cuts.
